Nepal Covid-19 Updates: In Nepal, an additional 884 cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed across the country. At a regular press briefing on Saturday, Health Ministry spokesperson Dr Jageshwor Gautam said a total of 884 people, including 242 women and 642 men, had been infected with covid-19 infection in Nepal.
At the same time, the total number of coronavirus infections has reached 37,340. Of them, 207 have died and 20,555 have been released.
Nepal Covid-19 District Wise Updates
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, samples of 11,516 people were tested using PCR during this period. Out of 884 cases, 186 people have been infected in Kathmandu Valley. Nepal covid-19 infection has been confirmed in 155 people in Kathmandu, 19 in Lalitpur, and 12 in Bhaktapur.
Similarly, 83 from Sarlahi, 73 from Parsa, 57 from Chitwan, 49 from Dhanusha, 31 from Morang, 29 from Lamjung, 26 each from Mahottari and Bajhang, 24 from Susanari, 23 from Nawalpur, 22 from Siraha, 21 from Bara and 21 from Baitadi, 20 from Jhapa and Banke have been infected with the coronavirus.
Similarly, corona infection has been confirmed by 19 people in Dhankuta, Kavre, Dang and Kailali, 17 in Kanchanpur, 16 in Rukum East, 10 in Nawalparasi, and Surkhet and 9 in Dhading and 9 people in Makwanpur.
According to the Ministry of Health, 5 people from Rautahat, 3/3 people from Sankhuwasabha, Kaski and Darchula, 2 each people from Saptari and Kapilvastu, and 1 each people from Ilam, Dolakha, Sindhupalchowk, Gulmi, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dailekh and Rukum West have been infected with the coronavirus.
Nepal Covid-19 Death Updates
The number of deaths due to coronavirus (Covid-19) infection in Nepal has exceeded two hundred. According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population MOPH, Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, 12 more people had died in the last 24 hours in Nepal.
The deceased have been identified as three women and nine men. A 58-year-old man of Pokhara-14, Kaski has died at the Pokhara Institute of Health Sciences. He underwent abdominal surgery on August 22 and was admitted to the hospital on August 26 after being diagnosed with corana infection.
A 51-year-old woman of Jaishidewal, Kathmandu has died while undergoing treatment at Patan Hospital. Corona was admitted to the hospital after being confirmed on July 30. She was suffering from high blood pressure.
The infection has been confirmed after the death of a 35-year-old man in Bhangha Municipality-1, Mahottari. He died on Friday and was admitted to the provincial hospital on Saturday with fever and cold as well as breathing problems.
Corona infection has been confirmed in a 61-year-old man of Pathari Shanischare-2, Morang who died at the Neuro Hospital, Biratnagar on Saturday. Swab was collected on Thursday for corona test, which was admitted to the hospital on August 3, but he died on Saturday morning and received a positive report in the afternoon.
An 83-year-old man of Basundhara, Kathmandu has died at the Armed Police Hospital, Balambu. He was treated at BP Smriti Community Hospital and was shifted to Balambu on Friday.
A 62-year-old man of Binai Triveni-6, Nawalpur has died at Chitwan Medical College on Saturday evening. He was admitted to the hospital on August 19 with pneumonia and was being treated in the intensive care unit (ICU) with the help of a ventilator. The corona infection was confirmed only on Saturday.
A 62-year-old Nepal covid-19 infected woman from Bhaktapur died at Patan Hospital on Saturday. She was admitted to the hospital on August 25.
An 82-year-old man from Bhaktapur-3 Bhaktapur who died at Bhaktapur Hospital on Friday has been confirmed infected. A diabetic who arrived at the hospital with respiratory problems also had pneumonia.
A 72-year-old man of Lalitpur-32 Dhapakhel, Lalitpur, who died on Thursday, has been confirmed to have corona infection. He was admitted to Patan Hospital on November 26 suffering from kidney disease and died the next day.
A 61-year-old man of Mahalaxmi-1, Lalitpur has died at Kathmandu Medical College, Sinamangal. He was admitted to the hospital on the 7th with diabetes and corona infection was confirmed on the 8th.
An 84-year-old man of Siraha, Bhadauya-6 has died at the VP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences. He was admitted to the hospital on August 22 with cough, fever and respiratory problems. The infection was confirmed the next day.
A 30-year-old woman from Tansen-8, Palpa has died at Lumbini Medical College. He was admitted on August 7 with symptoms similar to those of Corona.
A 48-year-old man has died at Birgunj Healthcare Hospital in Parsa district. He died shortly after being referred to the Corona Special Hospital after being referred from the National Medical College.
A 39-year-old man of Birgunj-12, Parsa has died on the way to Kathmandu. He was brought to Birgunj Healthcare on Friday. But as his health did not improve, he was referred to Kathmandu along with health workers for cricketer care.
A 65-year-old woman of Parsa has died at Narayani Hospital in Birgunj-12. She was admitted to the hospital on Friday afternoon with diarrhea and respiratory problems.
A 38-year-old man of Gorkha Municipality-13 has died at Bharatpur Hospital, Chitwan on Friday. He was admitted to the hospital on August 26 and was diagnosed with corona infection on August 25.
A 62-year-old woman from Mahottari died at Patan Hospital at 1.30 pm on Saturday.
Corona infection has been confirmed after the death of a 70-year-old man in Pipara Gaonpalika-7, Mahottari. He died at the Provincial Hospital, Janakpurdham on Friday.
A 47-year-old woman of Nijgadh, Baraki has died at Chitwan Medical College. He was brought to the hospital on August 11 for dialysis. At the same time, after the corona was confirmed, he was undergoing treatment.
A 30-year-old man of Gamhariya-3, Rautahat has died at the temporary Covid Hospital, Birgunj Healthcare in Birgunj. He was admitted to Narayani Hospital on August 26 and was shifted to Covid Hospital on Friday after it was confirmed that he had corona infection.
Nepal Covid-19 Discharge Updates
Ministry spokesperson Dr. Jageshwor Gautam informed that 313 people 313 people have been discharged after recovering from Nepal Covid-19 in the last 24 hours in Nepal. The total number of those discharged so far has reached 20,255, according to the ministry. The infection free rate is 55 percent.
In the last 24 hours, 11 thousand 516 people have been tested for PCR. According to the Ministry, 669,626 PCRs have been tested in Nepal so far.
According to the Ministry, there are currently 16,590 actively infected people in Nepal. Of these Nepal covid-19 cases, 6,445 are in home isolation and 10,145 are in institutional isolation.
Similarly, 175 corona-infected people are in ICUs and 22 are on ventilators across the country.
