Nepal Coronavirus Cases: The number of people infected with Coronavirus (Covid-19) in Nepal has reached 31,935. In the last 24 hours, 818 people have been confirmed to be infected with corona virus (Covid-19) in Nepal.
According to the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population Dr. Jageshwar Gautam, 220 women and 598 men have been confirmed coronavirus in the last 24 hours. At the same time, the total number of infected has reached 31 thousand 935.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 166 people have been infected in the Kathmandu Valley alone. Of them, 126 are in Kathmandu, 28 in Bhaktapur and 12 in Lalitpur.
Similarly, 139 people have been infected in Parsa. 91 people from Sarlahi, 60 from Dhanusha, 50 people from Morang, 39 people from Bara, 34 people from Mahottari, 30 people from Nawalparasi, 28 people from Rupandehi, 27 people from Kavre, 23 from Achham, 14 people from Siraha, 12 people from Arghakhanchi, 11 people from Kapilvastu and 11 people from Banke and 10 people from Jhapa have been infected.
Similarly 9 people from Sunsari and 9 people from Rautahat, 6 people from 6 people from Dolakha, 6 people from Nawalpur and 6 people from Rukum West, 5 people from Kaski, 4 people from Saptari and 4 people from Baitadi, 3 from Bajhang, 2 people from Ramechhap, 2 people from Gorkha, Palpa, Pyuthan, Bardia, Jumla and Dadeldhura. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1 each people from Dhading, Makwanpur, Rasuwa, Sindhuli, Rukum East, Rolpa and Darchula have been infected with coronavirus.
Nepal Coronavirus Death Cases
The number of deaths due to corona virus (Covid-19) infection in Nepal has reached 149. According to the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population Dr Jageshwor Gautam, three more people have died in the last 24 hours.
Two more people have died in the Kathmandu Valley today due to corona virus infection. One died at the Nepal Human Organ Transplant Center in Bhaktapur and another at Hams Hospital, Mandikhatar.
The deceased has been identified as Corona, 54, of Butwal Sub-Metropolis-11. He had kidney problems and was admitted to the Human Organ Transplant Center for treatment only on Sunday.
A 58-year-old man died at Hams Hospital. He was admitted to the hospital on July 13 with a stone. And a 33-year-old woman from Sarlahi died due to corona.
At present, 13,155 people are actively infected across the country and 9,212 people are in isolation. Similarly, there are 3 thousand 943 people in home isolation.
The ministry said that samples of 8,028 people were tested using PCR method on Sunday. During this period, 281 people have recovered and been discharged. So far, the number of discharges has reached 18,631.
